Thank you for shopping with us and supporting a small family business! If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, then we are here to help.
All our products here at Buy For A Baby are customised and printed to order. For this reason, we are only able to offer returns in certain situations - for example, if your order arrives damaged.

What’s your return policy?
Unfortunately we don’t offer returns and exchanges, unless your order is damaged. If this happens please let us know by contacting us at hello@buyforababy.com. As our wall art is made to order it's really important that you triple-check the details you have customised before clicking 'buy now' as once the order is placed we won't be able to change it.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at hello@buyforababy.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
How long have I got to claim a refund for a damaged product?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Can I exchange my wall art for a different size/color?
Unfortunately we don't offer exchanges if you change your mind about the size or colour of your print, as all our wall art is made to order. We have so many colour combinations and sizes to choose from though we're confident you'll be able to find the perfect print. If you're unsure about which size to pick then all our products have images of the poster being held by a person so you can get a clear idea of how big that size is.
I gave you the wrong address! What can I do?
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the facility where it was printed. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
I want to cancel my order. What should I do?
Once your order has been placed it is tricky to cancel. Contact us as soon as you can and we will try our best to halt the fulfillment. We use a print-on-demand fulfillment company so we will contact them on your behalf. If the wall art has not yet begun to be be fulfilled then we can cancel your order for you. Unfortunately if the printing process has begun then we won't be able to cancel your order.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
therefore Buy For A Baby reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Returns Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
